I have been enjoying the new rotation very much. I know our numbers are lacking but as far as flow in combat goes...

I think that the eyes of the dragon should be a permanent buff once activated, kind of like a summoners aetherflow or aethertrail stacks. It would help with odd breaks and time in between trash pulls or moments where we need to aoe a group down. This way if blood of the dragon drops due to rotation complications or periods of immunity we aren't screwed as bad with our dps.

I came here to say this. I am constantly yelling at my friends NOT to stop between pulls JUST because I have my eye up and I'm going to lose it if there's more than a 30 seconds or so between pulls , 45 seconds at best.
it's stressful when it shouldn't be. Popping blood of the dragon before a fight should be enough but let us Keep the Eye charges at least. We won't be freaking out when people stop to explain encounters to new people and we'll be able to save our damage bursts for more useful times rather than blowing it just because we aren't sure we'll be able to keep it between pulls.
