Garo Collaboration: RDM Weapon

Yeah, I was surprised to see they didn't do GARO weapons for those classes -- same as to why we've not gotten Coil weapons for RDM/SAM, but they made 2.0 Primal versions of those weapons.

I would have loved a High Allagan and Dreadwyrm RDM rapiere, I was so disappointed when they said they wouldn't add them.
