Console Connection Issues

Not sure if this the right place for this, but here goes;

I play on PS4, been getting disconnected left and right; mainly error codes 90006 and 2002. Reinstalled the game and not only do I get disconnected after about 5mins, but now the game disconnects itself from PlayStation Network. When I go to my home screen it still shows that I'm connected to PSN. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure if you're aware of this, but this game is currently facing constant DDoS attacks to ISPs related to the nodes on which your connection is routing to the servers of the game. This is causing constant 9k errors and severe lag. SE is aware of this but for the moment there is no way for PS users to avoid this. For PC users, you can bypass this using a VPN and selecting different nodes on which your connection will route now.

This has become very frustrating, in my case I have not been able to connect with my main character for 2 days, my other characters can be connected without problem

Hope they figure something out quick, or admit their servers/connection to servers are garbage since the migration and/or they need to add even more to support the higher server loads of late.
