There will be since we have the Ananta (Lamia ones) and Koujin (Kappa) kind ones. It's a matter of when but I'm sure pretty soon. The Wolf guys may be a third. I'm hoping they change it up and don't go with "Crafting tribe should be last because the WoL has nothing better to do" and put them in a bit earlier with gathering as well to get people more interested in other kinds of content than just depending on beast tribes for leveling and when you're out of ideas. gathering.

We will get the first Beast Tribe most likely in 4.1...then another in 4.2...and then the last (which will be the crafting one) in 4.3. In other words, don't hold your breath for easy crafting leveling for at least another 10-11 months (not that leveling crafters is hard currently, regardless.)

Ananta will be a combat-based beast tribe.
I also saw a 3rd possible beast tribe being the money-hungry catfish group in Yanxia. Probably combat too?

But my wildest dreams? One of the tribes in the steppe. I'd love to be a part of them.

And here I thought the exact opposite of the Ananta - since they mentioned them being crafting jewels day in day out

I figured that the Catfish would be the crafting tribe, since they're on their own in a mansion, with an obligation to keep it in check, but I forgot about those final words for the Kojin.
