Something I don't think a lot of people are considering is how easy it is to hit RDM skill ceiling. This is both a positive and an negative. In a lot of the current fights with real heavy movement happening a lot of the time RDM is pulling pretty close to their top possible numbers. The issue with this comes from an easier fight that is more of a dps check, in which the RDM will still pull similar numbers and won't sky rocket like some other jobs "should", for example, if BLM isn't pulling bigger numbers on minimal movement fights then it should be buffed rather than RDM being nerfed since on target dummies BLM does more dps than RDM.

There's just very little the RDM can do to improve their dps as facts such as learning fights or having less mechanical fights come into play while other jobs will only see improvements with both factors. Other jobs should be rewarded heavier for aligning things properly and if they aren't, that right there is the actual issue.
