You have the OPTION to be a mini healer then go back to out dpsing the other casters.

I think dual cast should be reduced to a proc like fire starter, not a guarantee (keep acceleration like sharp cast )

And since it's blm magic give them our cast times. Or make the verprocs the instant cast.

Well if you do that RDM is just a BLM with different spell animations and gimped just as much by movement, just with a very occasional sword combo.
