Please nerf RDM!

Yep, RDM is in need of a nerf, but I don't think 10% is ideal, 3~5% is more like it.

Now there are major issues that should be adressed with casters in general, including RDM.

First, as everyone knows BLM numbers are too low right now, it should be fixed so that you would do around SAM level of damage. BUT I believe a flat potency buff would be nothing but a band-aid, what they need is a QoL change so that they can do mechanics without butchering the rotation.

Second, SMN utility is... odd to say the least, a magic vun debuff, but there are only 3 magic dps in the game right now, and everybody knows that repeating classes in a comp is not a very smart thing to do. To add to that, you don't wanna group a RDM with other magic dps jobs, and there is also the fact of BLM being too weak right now too. I wonder what should be done with SMN... perhaps make him a 2nd tier dps second only by BLM and SAM?
