    RDM is too strong at the moment, but it's not that it needs to be nerfed much. (A little) But smn/blm need to actually legitimately take it's place. You can't do one without the other. SMN should come in a little below BLM, and BLM should come in a little below SAM. RDM should come after those two. (Yes RDM needs to be the weakest caster as it has the strongest utility, that doesn't mean it needs to be bard/mch/drg tier, though.)
