I think dual cast should be reduced to a proc like fire starter, not a guarantee (keep acceleration like sharp cast )

And since it's blm magic give them our cast times. Or make the verprocs the instant cast.

Blm being the only caster with 0 utility or rez would be like if drk was the only tank with no flash equivalent, would you bring it to runs?

Well if you do that RDM is just a BLM with different spell animations and gimped just as much by movement, just with a very occasional sword combo.
