1. Applied for character transfer for my character Mother Harlot on Balmung to be transferred to Goblin around the time of 3:00 AM on 7/12/17.

2. Attempted log-in to Aether data center after around 7 days of waiting and checking each day, without receiving any transfer confirmation, failed to log into Aether Database with Error 3084 stating that my character data was currently being transferred and this process may take several minutes.

3. Logged into Mogstation to check character list. Mother Harlot was no longer on my character list, and does not appear in the Lodestone forums either.

4. Emailed Square Enix support, never got a response after several business days.

5. Called Square Enix support, was told to post in this Bug section of the forums to have my issue resolved within 48+ hours.

This issue has been ongoing for over 7 days. The error message "3084" states the process of world transfer may take several minutes. It has been over 9,000 minutes. The support agent I spoke with over the telephone states that this is a known occuring issue at the moment and I may be compensated with additional game time. This issue is unusual because previous world transfers that I have done only took between 5 to 15 minutes at most.
