Shake It Off revamp idea

I think I don't have to explain why the current version of this ability is too situational and overall bad, so let's get right to my suggestion.

Shake It Off (<- don't mind the name, I am too lazy to think of something different)

[I]Cast: 0s Recast: 20(/30/60)s

While in Defiance:
-Changes Inner Beast to Fell Cleave and removes any restrictions
-Changes Steel Cyclone to Decimate and removes any restrictions

While in Deliverance:
-Changes Fell Cleave to Inner Beast and removes any restrictions
-Changes Decimate to Steel Cyclone and removes any restrictions

This is by far the best idea i have hear for a change to shake it off. Like .iles ahead of other suggestions. Yes pls give me tbis.
