This is Aetherflow as it currently stands.

This is the Aetherflow I propose:

---
Range: 0y /// Radius: 0y
Cast: Instant /// Recast: 20.00s
Restore 6% of maximum MP.
Additional Effect: Gain one Aetherflow segment.
Duration: Infinite
Additional Effect: If out of combat, fill the Aetherflow gauge.
Duration: Infinite
---

Additionally, replace "Quickened Aetherflow" trait with:

---
Whenever you restore critical HP on a target that is below 80% of their maximum HP:
Additional Effect: Gain one Aetherflow segment.
Additional Effect: 20% chance to restore 20% of maximum MP.
*These effects can only occur once per spell/ability usage.
---

This improves on one of the main problems I've been seeing with SCH (and to a lesser extent on SMN, albeit for other reasons), which is that if for any reason you need to burn Aetherflow segments, you're dead in the water while you wait desperately for Aetherflow to come off that excruciatingly long 60 second cooldown.

Not to mention how even more buttons have been added to the "needs Aetherflow to use" club...

Honestly, reducing Aetherflow to 5 seconds and dropping the restore to 1% (or 1.5%, if the game can do that) would be even better, although I know many people would hate that level of micromanagement.

Ultimately the issue is a matter of consistency. Either remove the Aetherflow costs on many of the SCH's buttons, or make Aetherflow more obtainable so it's available more consistently when the SCH needs it.
