    I think he meant the Odin FATE, which did indeed reach zone player limits and caused grief with people trying to do their MSQ.

    As to clusterfucks, well, we had the exact same problem during 2.0 launch with a level 15 quest and during Stormblood launch with the "Raubahn Trial". The devs repeat the same mistake regularly.
