    The reason for that is that people are camping that area for the Ixion-Fate... there are a couple of threads discussing that issue atm.

    ...maybe it helps to know why you're encountering that problem: Because a bunch of people decided they need that mount so badly that they need to afk in that area and block everyone else from entering.

    Well it doesn't help the thing is on a 72-hour timer and can spawn at any time whenever RNG decides it spawns. Hyperion in particular is at hour 69 of the wait.
