Way too many people/players doesn't help and I can understand why. We see it everywhere, where attitude of not even bothering is there and players and by players, I mean very many players often say it's fine to slack.

I think there is a mentality among some players of just wanting to be carried rather than trying. And the sad fact is you can't force people to change.
