Well, you know I could not agreed more with you.I am a t no but i do believe that you would always adjust towards your halz and DPS.
With that said, unless your willing to leave the dungeon there is no way to fix it,because you would have to change the peoples minds

If I'm healing a tank that wants to pull the whole dungeon up to the incoming boss, I'm all for it provided they can do their part in keeping their cooldowns up and provided DPS can plow through said mobs quick enough so we don't both burn every cooldown we have until nothing is left.
But if they can't do their part in keeping their defenses up, then sorry I'm a healer, not a miracle worker and I can't esuna any stupidity.

At that point if they wanna kick me for not being good enough, they can go for it. I'll just re-que (Which never takes long) and go with another group.

    I think best practice is:
1 Pull if healer is new or pretty undergeared
2 Pulls if healer is decently geared, skilled, or requests otherwise
Outta stance after pull is dependent on how hard the pull hits, and of course easier when more geared.
3+ Pulls if it's older content or I'm in a group with someone I know. Usually those two are combined.
Either that or we totally outgear the content which is hard to see in experts since anyone geared doesn't run them at the moment.

Will only do "super pulls" when I am with my trusted healer, then me and him on discord agree to try one pack, see how the DPS handle the pack, if they kill timely the healer friend usually gives me the ok and we proceed from there, if he says no then I go back to the usual 3 mobs per pull

My all time favorite is when a healer ask for big pull, you go pop your CD n shits and you still die. And then he's like "small pull plz"

I often do that as a tank, and it is hardly a problem. The tank just need to check the team's gear before and guess how capable they may be.

The initial groups in 70's dungeons are not much of a threat since you still have every c/d available. See how that pull goes and determine wether or not you should do big pulls or not.

Even when I'm not playing as tank I do rather see big pulls, not because I'm in a hurry, but because it may turn into a really boring dungeon where everyone looks like they are falling asleep.

If I'm running a leveling roulette, I always ask at the start if the group wants large or small pulls (usually they say large now), while if I'm running an expert dungeon I usually pull large by default (unless someone in the group is new, then I ask). When I say large I also only mean usually a double pull, not a "pull everything until the boss". While I was still leveling up, and when I was fresh to experts and not geared, I only did single pulls because I couldn't take the hits.

The 65 dungeon is around where the big armor stat jump is for this expansion. Oh boy can I tell you about undergeared tanks wanting to pull big in that dungeon. Like dude I'm in level appropriate gear had two hots rolling on you and lightspeeded as many benefic 2's directly into your skull that I could while also dumping bole/eye for an eye on you. It's you. Oh sweet you are still in shire gear. Gah.

It's either that the tank knows how much they can pull and expect dps the aoe the pack down at a reasonable rate, the aoe is abysmal and the pack lived for too long and is straining the tank cd's and healer mana, or the tank pulls too much.
Personally I don't expect a lot when it comes to randoms in roulette, but I usually run with a 4 man that pulls mobs appropriately and everyone is AoEing mobs well enough.

Ive tested it pretty much every one of the new dungeons can be super pulled oh boy is it sweet when things go well. But it does suck when things go south, but its like when I was leveling astro most of the tanks where big pulling as well. I think a major issue Ive seen from healers and tanks is , tanks arent using their invincibles when doing a big pull, if im big pulling on pali its always hg, drk I will use living but I cant stand living dead.

But healers when a tank is doing big pull I rarely see them using the healing buff, I rarely see them doing regen or anything other than tryin to spam one cure which just simply isnt gona work. Another thing Ive noticed is this from dps, that can mess up a pull tank pulls the adds to go round them up wit the other adds and the next thing you know because the dps just had to get its melee on they are one on one fighting the add because they just couldnt help but touch before you rounded them all up. So its alot of blame to go around for the pulls, they can be done but sometimes a small mistake can ruin them.
