Perhaps it is your computer that can't handle it, not the actual server?

thats not always the case, I'm running a wolfdale i7 4ghz cpu with 32gb ddr3 ram with 3tb harddrive, plus a geforce gtx 1070 and my machine is 2 years old, yet it has the same issues as the op.

Instances most likely won't fix it. Best way to fix it would be to make it a random spawn in a few different zones. Whilst it can be camped it will be a massive problem.

its not an instant fix with more instances, its to speed up the clearances faster than what is possible on a single instance. With that said the following is the biggest problem and hinderance to others getting the horns to get the mount.

I Saw people with Ixion mount still doing the fate,so i dunno about that

there is also the misconception that the mount drops from the fate when that is not the case, from trolls probably.
