Aside from the challenge that would be retooling Unchained into something else, I do see the merit in this suggestion. It would at least calm the complaints about Inner Release being only for Deliverance.So, we can't untie the cool downs because they share a button.
Unchained is only useful when you know you either HAVE to stay in tank stance OR you are doing a berserk + unchained + overpower mega pull.
So why not just replace it? This would make them more self sustainable, maybe making up for their more complex rotation and less DPS? (I dunno, I don't actually parse)
This would make us a better Main Tank as healers could do more DPS instead of healing us. It would keep Enhanced Infuriate viable and not completely change our rotation (We would still be 3 / 4 inner beasts in berserk window without it and 6 inner beasts in berserk window with it just like Fell Cleave.)
This continued rotation is great in my eyes.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
