Dungeon no longer "auto gives" 1 class specific gear?

After the stormblood update, i noticed dungeons were rewarding a single piece of unique gear that you currently do not possess for your Job, so as long as the dungeon had unique quality gear. Since the most recent update, i realized it stopped doing that. Is this intentional? was the rewarding of gear a bug in the first place?

Also, it is ONLY the 51-59 and 61-69 dungeons, and NOT the 50, 60, or 70 dungeons.
