Considering transfering worlds - is the duty finder cross server?

As the title states, I am considering moving worlds so that I can play with some of my friends who would like to try the game. I am on Cerberus atm (congested) and I was worried that if I switch to a less populated server, queuing for duties might become an issue. I only recently returned to the game 2 weeks ago, so I am not sure whether there has been any changes to the duty finder just like the party finder got a data centre update.

Both DF as PF are cross-server - all severs from one data-center share the same DF and PF.
So you can even still play with friends from cerberus using the PF if you transfer to a world on the same data-center!

Both the Duty Finder and Party Finder operate cross-server within the data center you're on. I don't know off the top of my head what center Cerberus is on, but for example if you queue for something right now.. you will get people from all the other servers on your data center.
