MSQ won't progress, GM won't listen

I haven't heard of anyone else having a similar bug. Tbh, I don't really mind if GM can't solve the issue then and there. I do expect something better than "go to the forums and maybe get a response never".

Oh, that's mean bug. Not only for trying to clear your quest log again and again, but also to prevent you from accessing end game. I hope you get it fixed soon.
