Even though the JP client uses titles that are in EN, that data is not handled by the Localization team. Normally we'd probably ask C&S to move this post to the JP forums, but the development team member in charge of the titles sits just a few booths down, so I'll let him know what's going on. And what is going on exactly? Well, I'm assuming this may have something to do with the JP client using a double-byte (zenkaku) apostrophe which makes it appear to have a space in front of it when used with other single-byte (hankaku) Roman characters.
