Can we get some mini-event weekends?

It would be really cool if you guys could add some small event incentives on random weekends independent of your special events. Just add little boons to random game play elements for a weekend. Here are some examples.

3 day event suggestions Friday-Saturday

Double drops weekend
This weekend event makes all monsters whether field monsters, or dungeon and trial chests drop twice the loot. So hunters can get twice the materials, and pony/bird/wolf trial farmers have an increased chance to get their mount.

Double wolf marks weekend
Self explanatory. Get more wolf marks from pvp

Double tomes weekend.
Gear up just a tiny bit faster this weekend.

Double Hunt Seals weekend
Get more seals for your hunt efforts.

Black Friday Sale Weekend
All vendors whether the item vendor in Quarymill, or the tomes vendor in Mor Dhona/ Idyllshire/ Rhalgr's reach have discounted wares.

Double MGP saucer weekends
Get your saucer fix this weekend. Different from event since the related event NPC's and items are not included.

Sounds nice though I don't know how much programming work this would take. But things like double xp from fates or seals from hunts might liven up the world outside of towns a bit.

I don't know why I forgot something so obvious! Absolutely!

Double XP Weekend


So these are just suggestions, don't have to use all or any of them, but it would be nice to see small community shake-ups in Eorzea outside of official seasonal events. I've seen other MMO's implement things like this, and it could see spikes in community activity during these weekends, like shorter pvp queues, larger groups running hunts, or more party finder groups running trial mount farms. If anyone has other suggestions feel free to add!
