Another patch for worthless PGL

int and str are the modifiers for all pug attacks now. it is however fire damage i dont know if its considered magic dmg though, the attack up is still in the attack part of your attributes. you get really beautiful dmg when attacking at a monsters weakness. Still you dont get that much mp management tools, so eventually you will run out of steam.

I suggest they give pug some drunken fighter traits that make ethers have additional traits, like more mp, mp regen, crtit up/acc down etc. of course add at least one unique animations for a drunken looking swig. I dont think it will happen but it would be cool.

PUG is the best melee DD but you gotta use the several elemental punch stances.

So if fire fists of fury are affected by magic dmg boosting parameters what's the chance that most PGL's are stacking up STR and attack while herpderping the whole class in the process?

PGL is the least obvious class to play as of 1.20, as well as deemed the "weakest". Coincidence? Prove me it isn't.

I have played pug since day 1 in beta till now. I just don't have the heart to play it anymore. I am beyond disappointed.

Put it simply, if anybody find that there is a need to buff PGL or that PGL deserve a non-vague role in PT to get demand. Please like this thread ^_^*ノ

Sounds to me like a serious case of the "You don't know how to play your Class"es.

If I had to guess, PGL is probably a lot better suited for tanking Bosses, maybe you should give it a try. As far a solo is concerned, mine solos great.

I think only the pgl that don't know how to play the class think the class is weak cause pgl does just fine in any situation. You do not need FoF or FoE up at all times use it when its needed when those buffs are not up pgl still matches other classes in dmg, but if something is weak to one of those ele's they out damage any class just by AA.

Take the MRD and GLA moogles pgl hits them like trucks only class that can do 1k ws on the gla, and break 1.2k on the mrd.

Pgl on ifrit out of all DoW classes for me all with Ifrit weapons and well geared is parsing the highest this patch. Almost about to where the Medium parsing in our Ifrit Static of Lncers parsed in 1.19. Though I think its BS that Fists of Fire heals ifrit when Fire dmg on ifrit weapons do dmg to it.
