I made myself a pretty strong 1-button macro, and it used to work quite well on a number of things around level 60 to level 61, like Koppranickel Nuggets or High Steel Nuggets.
I was on full set of Ironworks, and was using Baked Onion Soup.
The macro needs 470 CP.
