Relic weapons for Stormblood?

Relic weapons are cool... i've grinded one zeta and 3 luxes but y'know i'm starting to feel that it is useless now. We go through that large grind for a powerful weapon but that powerful weapon is just a glam in the long run. I think I can save myself years of boring grinding by just getting an O4S weapon. Unless they change the relic quest for the better... IE: no fates, no boring trivial quests... I wont be very interested.

I don't get why its 4.15. Its around the same time that the ones in HW started but didn't yoshida apologize and said they didn't wanna release it that late? :X I think he said that and if he did why the eff is he doing this again? I'm already bored man. >___<

@Voltyblast, perhaps it is time for a break or maybe no longer the game for you.
It is unfortunate but it does happen, Stormblood while at launch seemed like lots of content i can now see how some will say content is lacking.
If at all we should of at least have had Beast Tribes at launch, i always look forward to those, they are clearly already in game just we do not have anything to do with them yet

We need some dynamis and HNMs already. I know HNM is anti-casual but the whole game does not need to cater to every casual playing. Both of those would be challenging. Would you rather something trivial and tedious, or challenging and engaging?

They decide to use relic armor then it is just dipping more into ffxi. Why not merge some more ideas from ffxi into this game? Ffxiv has already taken much from ffxi, why not take more?

Lets go with ffxi relic upgrading. Then that relic of yours will truly be prestigious.

I agree. I have tons to do. I'm not interested in having to grind relic right away. 4.15 is soon enough for me personally.

Relative to relic one can assume if the past is any guide we'll have countless threads saying how worthless relic is and it's not worth the grind/time. It's pretty much standard fare whenever relic is introduced. Look forward to it.

it's too late because i want to grind on my relic. i don't raid, i don't need the best weapon, but i need a timesink. the relic grind is one of my most favorite activities.

Besides maxing out Jobs to kill time, Relics are one of my favorite things to do. Compare to XI these are a piece of cake. I just really want to do them and wish they would release them faster :/

As a relic collector, I am looking forward to what they will do for Stormblood. For Heavensward, I am still working on all of them, and they are all at least Hyperconductive or higher; with three at Lux.

I want this started already and at the same time I dread when it starts. Its a love hate relationship for these kinds of grindy weapons.
