PS4 - Preferred World Free Play Time not earned at Level 30

Good evening.

Around the time the Preferred World incentives were introduced, I created a new character on the Zalera server. Yesterday (July 2, 2017), I hit level 30 with that character. However, I have yet to receive any notification about the 15 days of free play time. So far, the other two people I play with have earned their free play time. They hit level 30 on their characters around a day or two prior to me and were notified pretty quickly.

I do have a current recurring subscription via credit card going, but I'm not sure if that would factor into this at all. Is there anything I'm missing about this promotion? The XP bonus active for Zalera works just fine, so no issues with that. If I missed out on the free play time, then it's no big deal. If I haven't, though, then it would be nice to have.

AF1983 attempted to resolve the issue via filing a support ticket and was redirected to the support forums, can a moderator please comment on how he can get this issue resolved?

I dunno if this relates to the issue you're having, but I made a character on Omega and leveled it to 30 before logging out of the game and playing on other character(s). I didn't get the free time for a few days, so then I curiously logged back into my Omega character and that seemed to trigger it somehow.

It does seem wonky, but I got it eventually.

I think this may have worked itself out. I cancelled my recurring subscription via credit card the other day. When I did, I noticed that I had 32 days of sub time left.

Based on my last sub payment date and any time I have already used, the 15 days of free time looks to be factored into this. The only reason I wasn't seeing it before was probably due to the recurring sub not showing it. This doesn't solve the problem that I never got notification that I earned any free time, but that's a different matter.
