AST issues and Healer role

I am taking a bold stance with this, but WHM will have the best single target migration tool after 3 patches of SB when tank HP grows. Divine Benison is a stupidly good shield, can be applied as an ogcd between cure/stone spam. Costs nothing other than a Lily and has a refreshingly short cooldown.

Divine Benison -> Scales with target HP
Aspected Benefic(NOC)/Adloquium -> Scales with own Mind

It won't be better than Aspected Benefic or Adloquium because, PLOT TWIST, Healers also get more mind the more iLvl.
