Spiny lobster

Hey any one or fisher out there, ive spent roughly oh... about 20mil exp trying to find the spiny lobster @ Kobayashi Maru but have had 0 success, I want them to make food, not sure if they're in the hidden shadow node or what. Any help would be awesome, as most tings online don't help at all. Just a location.

Use a Normal Gig Head at Kobayashi Maru. You can also use a Normal Gig Head at the Swimming Shadows to get it.

In done that for almost 3 Lvs now lol.. is it lv 70? Or just luck. And I have yet to get a shadow node to spawn there.

I was gathering Motley Beakfish at Kobayashi Maru which themselves have a fairly low gather rate. In the time I gathered 10 of them I had only received 1 Spiny Lobster. I'm level 70 and was using normal gig iirc.

Spiny Lobster is fairly common in Kobayashi Maru with Normal Gig, just Veteran trade Sea Lamps to increase the chances. Pretty sure I was either 67 or 68 when I started fishing there and catching them no problem.

Yep- and the best part is once you catch one you are set if you have a Fishing retainer - lvl 68 venture and now I have lobsters for days...
