[Dev1260] Removal of ranged attacks

It was more of an annoyance than a problem.I always got a laugh when I got hit by a mobs "Ranged Attack". They couldnt even be bothered to name some of them.

As far as I have seen they removed the silly ranged attacks.

Thanks for the info. It's too bad that the "exception list" is comprised of what seems like over half the mobs in the game.
