This is a dumb topic that just keeps popping up from the dumbest ppl lol fine stay in dps mode and not get healed or get kicked noone has time for an idiot tank especially when dps have waited 30+ mins for a que.... Personally on healer I do dps and sometimes I don't it depends on what I'm doing and how much the tank is pulling
