Solution to healers not dpsing in dungeons

I've never healed. I don't like the idea of the responsibility and I like poking/smashing things more than making with the sparkle sparkle feelgood spells.

THis is my stance on healers: Did the tank die? Did we wipe/fail? if the answer to both questions is no, we're good. You may not be getting a commendation if the run took the whole time alotted.. but we're good.

This is often the issue. People never experienced the pressure on a Level 60 / now 70 Healer at all. If the run took longer than it should have, well - we are not DPS in the first place. But thank you for not putting us on the throw out list right away. :-)
