You know, the people complaining in shout are never names I recognize from scouting or spawning S ranks, so honestly who cares and why should it matter that they didn't make it to the thing they did nothing whatsoever to help with?

Try not to use "someone said" when trying to get a point across it just makes you seem like a liar. I could easily say that someone said "We always have a group of 50+ people together for each hunt."

On topic though I believe that it's up to the person who found the hunt to do what they want. If they want to pull it when enough people show up to form a full party or wait for a hundred people to show up then that's all on them. Calling people out for "early pulling" is a load of crap as it wasn't you or anyone that was heading there who found the hunt.
