Hyperion is super laggy outside of instance and inside.

tracert and ping shows no packet loss, most likely DDOS

I'm on Cactuar, and lagging everywhere. DF was practically unplayable: all my actions had a 10 second or more delay on them. Checking my latency in Resource Monitor and it keeps shooting upwards of 600 ms where it usually hovers between 80-120 ms MAX. Other party members from Balmung and Goblin were having the same issues as well; had to disband the Susano Ex farm group we were all in because half the group was just red-dotting every other minute.

EDIT: Even trying to do simple sidequests...

My character is apparently VERY fascinated with this Destination right now. Been staring at it for a full minute.
