Moogle Nut drop

The problem is with giving nuts to the less fortunate is they are non tradable. Yes it drops to your loot pool and you can then pass it to someone in your party. But as we learned in Ifrit.. someones bad drop streak can turn around really fast. Say for example we start to give all our nuts to one person due to his luck.. then the next 10 fights he gets 4 drops( it happens). Now he already has 6 nuts we gave him and he cannot give these to anyone. So now we have to start over giving someone else nuts and he is stuck with 6 nuts he cant use cause he will no longer get them due to having multiple drops..

Sure, that scenario is possible, but hey, them's the breaks.

You might as well pass all your nuts to one person, rather than have everyone try to hoard their own, since you'll never be able to acquire that many just on your own.

The fight itself is extremely difficult. With a party of 8 people the drop rate is technically decided by 8. When its a low drop at that... crazy difficult to get anything.

well after 32 wins on moogle ive gotten 1 weapon and 3 nuts. I gave 2 of the nuts away to one guy cuz we go with mostly the same people and we figured that its better to get someone with 20 so they can get something than have everyone with like 3 which is worthless. After our 5 wins tonite we finally got his 20. he's gonna save em till hes 6/7 and get the last weapon he needs with the nuts. which makes the most sense if you think about it. i wouldnt have been so generous with my nuts cuz i got a nut and a weapon in my first 5 wins, and we had a couple runs with multiple weapons..... our best run was 4 weapons and 2 nuts from one win. Since then the drop rate has severly dropped off.

It took me 100-105 ifrit wins to get all 7 weapons but at this rate ill be here for at least like 225 moogle wins if i want all of them

I believe the drop rate is alright but it should only require 5 nuts or totems for a weapon.

I am currently at about 30~40 Wins on Moogle. So far: 2 Nut Charms. I guess I am in for another 300~400 wins before I get my THM staff. (By the time I do I imagine I will have leveled all my classes to 50 with the xp gained from the quest alone.)

I'm currently at 5 weapons and 5 nuts. At this rate, I will be 7/7 before I reach 20 nuts xD

yea i know people like you. one guy i know is 5/20 on weapons and another was 3/5 but now his luck has dropped off.
