Newish Goblin player tank help

Hi im Tatsu and ive been playing ff14 for about 2 weeks now and i havent played since the beta but wanted to get back into this wonderful game. My main issue is that im around 60 now since the exp buff from items and being on a low population world "Goblin" and i want to be the best Warrior tank i can be but its hard on ps4 to have room for all the abilities and make sure i maintain agro. Advice would be appreciated since researching through other sources for macro and keybind options are rather outdated in comparison to StormBlood.

Are you using the extended cross hotbar (by holding R2+L2 or L2+R2) and/or the W cross hotbar (double tap of R2 or L2)? Those give access to another 16 skills each, on top of the 16 from your main crossbar.

Also, if you set certain crossbar(s) to be active when your weapon is drawn and other(s) when it's sheathed, you can leave things like telport and calling your chocobo on your out-of-combat bar without taking up space for them while in combat.
