    With regards to the potencies: I am going to assume the disclaimer at the top was completely ignored. In case you missed it, I clearly stated that potencies may not be balanced. The idea I was trying to convey with Water I and II was an initial, decent heal, followed by a mediocre HoT to supplement. The direction I was wanting to go with this class was a few basic healing abilities, enough to complement the other healer and stand-alone in dungeons, but their purpose would be to primarily buff the group in a variety of ways. While some are duplicates of Astro buffs (magma armor and rock armor), some are new and exclusive with GEOs (Eolian, Quake, Eruption). It was just a fun idea I had. I'm not on the dev team, so you don't have to worry about me stealing your spot in the raid, homie. Fun fact: None of us have a say in balancing. If we did, Scholars and White Mages would have everything they've ever wanted by now. The dev team will balance jobs how THEY want to. Not how you or I want them to. But thanks for your feedback. I will take it into consideration.
