    The disconnects, even on EU from EU

    Greetings friends,

    First of all, i need to say that i come from the Square support center, which invited me to post on the forums as they were unable to help us. Which is kinda funny, because the in game assistance invited me to go to the Square support center, as they were unable to help us. Now i hope the forums are the end of the line. Honestly, it's a shame that i have to go through two services, to get fed automated answers from bored 'techs', only to end here where i might not even get an answer from a representative. Anyway, to the point.

    My girlfriend and I are both playing from the same house on different PCs, and we are both getting disconnected from the game like twice per dungeon. It also happened in the wilds, in Rhalgr's Reach doing nothing, in solo instanced content (Ishgard grand melee) here and then.
    But most of the time it happens in dungeons/Palace of the Dead while fighting, we suddenly go back to main screen with "Connection to the server was lost. - 90002" message.

    Happened every day for the last week.

    Our connection is alright as it does not record any loss of sync for the past two weeks, and we use Discord vocal while playing which does not drop either. I often watch Twitch streams on my second monitor, which continue to play flawlessly as i am getting disconnected in game. Both our computers are linked to our ISP router directly with ethernet cables, and the router is plugged directly to the wall. Same for power.

    I tried changing DNS to google DNS, opening/forwarding FFXIV ports, disabling antiviruses/firewalls, restarting the network equipment, hell i even lit a candle.

    So here it is, Square support center, here is my post on the official forums. I could have posted in another one of them threads. But i wanted to make it distinct cause i feel like the other ones are centered around people from EU playing on NA servers.

    Which is not our case, we are from France, playing on Moogle EU. So i guess, i you too are from EU and getting problems on EU servers, feel free to add on this thread. If you are a Square representative, of course, feel free to help, or inform us at the very least. The disconnects are getting old.

    I have zero doubt about that, I'm just playing by the rules They want me to post here, here I am.

    Tho I guess I also would like to see some answers from other people in the same case, every other thread I have found on the Internet seem to be about NA or people from EU playing on NA. Hope we are not the only two suckers getting dcs in EU x)

    Same thing here. I transferred from NA to EU right after the patch since it was essentially unplayable over there and everything was fine untill 3 days ago i started getting the same 90002 error that i ran away from and its getting more frequent every day. Its ridiculous. Even free to play MMOs dont encounter this bullshit and we pay money for a service we cant use.
