I think most OC software will let you see it, but I use EVGA Precision, if only for the on screen display. Why bother to OC a GTX580 >_<

Actually snow right in front of the camera would be blurry since your character is what the camera is "focused" on. The effect would probably more convincing if you have Depth of Field enabled.

Well if they were going for realism on the camera's behalf then characters that are standing at that same distance from the camera should have the same effect.
