Job Quest Story Line

I've only done the WHM and BRD level 70 quests, I really enjoyed both, although they didn't use the whole of SB. BOTH stuck entirely to the fringes...non flying and non story areas the whole time, so your basically in a small section for the entirety of the quests.

Machinist story is great for Hilda fans becuase it is a continuation of 3.0/3.X Ishgard storyline with Hilda now a official member of the Machinist Guild and setting her as a official MCH NPC for future MCH Job storylines.

Alchemist Storyline will be the most valued for players who played 1.0 Ul'dah storyline becuase it is the Conclusion to 1.0 Ul'dah storyline with everyone from 1.0 Ul'dah storyline returning for this Finale.

Summoner... well everyone fravorite Miqo'te Arcanist Teacher makes a return as a official member of Summoner's Job story for now on.

I loved everything about it. It's one of my favorite moments in the game now.

not ot mention the extreme amount of symbolise 70 DRK Job storyline has and what Myste represents to the WoL just like Fray is WoL's Anger and Hatred. Though by understanding what Myste is that may open up old wounds from certain events back in 3.0 where certain 2 NPCs died.

PLD MSQ was OK, not epic but not bad. I enjoyed the RDM quest and the WHM quest wasn't bad. The side quests this expansion are amazing though. I figured that's what they focused on.

The DRK quests were light years ahead of Dragoon. DRG was painfully weak until the 70 one.

I love the Stormblood PLD quest, but anything would look good after the Heavensward PLD quest.

I did like the dark knight series. I feel 70 was good, but it was something you had to read til the end to appreciate it. I never had an issue with any of the class story. I feel they are all unique and in depth enough for a side story.

I thought the level 70 white mage quest was fantastic. It's one of my favorites.

The final quest was poignant and touching. It was the compelling story of a mother consumed by the fear of losing her child, and how that fear ultimately dictated their lives, and how one's lack of emotional control can lead to self-destruction. And the final battle was fantastic. The demon was terrifying, and the accusations it made were even worse. For a child to have to hear all that and overcome it takes incredible fortitude. It's a message of prevailing over the most intimate of tragedies and their psychological repercussions.

I commend the writers of that story. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

To add to thing Warrior Job storyline was interesting for bring in some comedy as well. Curious Gorge deserve to "finally meet his match"

As someone who felt they ruined a lot of the potential with Ishgard by tying it up with such a neat little bow at the end of HW, the MCH quest was absolutely stellar for me. I loved it to bits and how it gave the spotlight to one character from the past expansion that SORELY needed more time in the spotlight.
