Considering we already complain about DA spamming, I'd avoid introducing even more DA spamming through your delirium buff.

Breaking TBN on telegraphed moves is easy but through omega normal, I'm being in multiple occasions where I use TBN in between telegraph moves and the boss starts goes into animation lock for a cast or mechanic and my TBN goes to waste.
Or just your timing is off by a second...
It requires good knowledge of the fight and it should be rewarded more that it currently is.
