After you've done your opener, WAR rotation is pretty much managing your gauge in between Berserk windows so you don't cap on gauge and have it at 100 as Berserk comes off cooldown.
Because of the infuriate trait (-5s cooldown every use of a 50 gauge ability), Infuriate will be up at different time so you have to make up the rotation as you go with the goal to not overcap on gauge and have it at 100 when Zerk comes off cooldown.
You also don't want to delay Berserk ever because it puts it out of sync with Inner Release.
