Seer Folly not popping

Conjurer is 30, received cure 2, just hit 15 on arcanist. No Seer Folly quest available.. I'd like this solved.

There are 3 requirements. You need conjurer level 30(check - as of patch 4.0 arcanist levels are no longer required). You also need to have completed all the conjurer class quests. And finally, you need to have advanced the main storyline quest into the low 20s. Specifically, for white mage you need to have completed the "Sylph-management" storyline quest. If all those are complete and you still dont see the quest, try relogging once. If nothing, support ticket maybe?

Thanks! I mixed up the quests thinking that the one which gave you cure 2 was Sylph-management.
