But there is a massive draw back to that, many people who server transferred did so for either the rewards or to escape the NA server explosion, even I transferred to escape that mess. And I can tell from what I seen there are tons of people wanting to go back to NA. After the 90 day probationary period ends, the NA servers are going to see a likely increase of players again. If they open the wards now, they will get bought up immediately, now if they wait until after the 90 day server lockout, they're playing with fire because the fact every server except the few truly congested will be open back up, and we might see a resurgence of congestion.

I think their definition of what is and is not congested needs adjusting. I'm on behemoth and I can't remember the last time it was open for character creation, it's housing wards are full, and have been pretty much forever, and yet we are not a congested world.
