How would the playerbase feel about buying a housing plot from the MogStation?

Yeah but I got one :O There weren't any available, yes you have to hunt this which may not be ideal for some. And yes, I work full time, and have a life and blah blah. But I wanted a house, and was determined to get one so I did.

Again, it depends on the server. Some it will be much easier than others to get a house on. I myself am going to do my best to get a house when the new district opens, but if I fail at that, then who knows.

Never mind limiting the number of houses people (single players) can buy in a district, they need to limit it to one personal house per server, per account, and an additional allowance for 1 Free Company house if the player is a FC master also.

The redistribution of player population to new and underpopulated servers over time will help things, and it seems to me that SE wants much of that movement to happen before they open Shirogane specifically to ease the immediate rush for housing.

I think they need to deal with multiple personal houses per server/account before opening Shirogane as well since it's completely obvious that there are players with the resources and willingness to abuse the situation for personal gain at the expense of other players.

Definitely, I myself(mostly because I don't craft and am somewhat of a hoarder) almost have enough to buy a Medium based on the current price listed by the NPC. I'm hoping to get one, but if I can't get one of those, maybe a small instead. If I get luck with the medium, I will definitely start crafting more so I can furnish it cheaper.
