The Objective of the Group
This group was created with the intention of optimizing the time we have to raid. Though the group won't raid for dozens of hours each week like the more hardcore groups, I expect everyone within the group to demonstrate high level play while raiding as if they were in a hardcore group. The group was created to cater to those who have other aspects of their lives (work, school, family etc) that requires chunks of their time while also allowing for quality gameplay in FFXIV.

About Myself (the "Leader")
I have been around since Beta of 1.0. I led a raid static for all of 2.0 (we beat all content before nerfs) and a little bit of 3.0. I live a pretty active life in which I work full time, am wrapping up a B.S in computer science, go to the gym 5-6 times a week, and am a relationship that I must set aside time for. Needless to say, time is a precious commodity for me. One could say this group was created for my selfish desire to enjoy FFXIV as I have for the better part of a decade. That said I like to think of myself as a fair but tough leader. I won't coddle those who continue to fail mechanics and I won't expect people to put up with me failing mechanics. I'm also pretty personable and like to maintain contact outside of the game if possible.

The Ideal Member
* should be able give and receive constructive criticism
* be punctual for raid. If raid starts at 7pm, it means we enter at 7pm not log on at 7pm. BE LOGGED ON, REPAIRED, FOOD AND POTIONS AT THE READY BEFORE START TIME (major pet peeve of mine <_<)
* able to communicate outside of game. They say communication is key in a relationship. I've found that holds true in this game as well. The group offers a discord channel for both raiding and outside communication.

Raid Times: Tuesday - Thursday, 7pm - 10pm EST
