    It's not like the ARR rotation is more effective on a dummy I think it's like 9% weaker or something. But that's enough to actually come out higher if you luck out on procs and had a bad run with the SB rotation before that.

    They screwed up BLM. Doing a 3 year old rotation shouldn't be that effective.
