    I agree its boring, you just have to wait (no auto attack doesnt mean shit, spamming A all the time doesn't account towards my fun-guage) until you have enough to dish out a combo. Then its back to waiting a while.

    I think its just XIV/Devs though, XIV's battle system is just generally slow by default, by its design. you wont get that fast-pace-action type feel from it. Its all just menus and queues. Gotta live with the dull unfortunately!

    All DoW classes have a WS for 1000TP at 10 sec cool down. I guess whether or not they're powerful enough is up to each and everyone's opinion. I'm not sure I would enjoy pressing buttons again to gain TP when auto-attack does the same thing.

    I just use a different combo when my other ones are on cool down, and in the lucky case that I actually have TP after putting all of my combos on cool down, I can just spam the first WS for 1000TP in between. This rarely happens though. So I don't see how WS recasts are the problem. Not having enough TP is, but it's obviously adjusted so that comboing isn't overpowered, like they said they adjusted the TP gained from auto-attacks in the patch notes.

    Personally, I like the system at the moment. WSs and combos feel like they make a difference and take some work to land. If they were to lower the dmg and recast on WS, just so you can do it more, I think comboing might start feeling like a chore, something like forced manual auto-attacking.

    That "idle" time is even worse when you have slow attacks that miss or are evaded.

    Rampage, +Accuracy, and Throw to breach the gapz of idlyness! At least on Marauda.
