Retainer level shouldn't be reset when changing retainer job

With the job changes many people switched jobs, but their retainers are stuck with jobs they no longer play, it makes no sense to reset retainer level between the same type of retainers should we wish to change jobs (from battle to battle, or gatherer to gatherer), and I think this restriction should be lifted. Allow us to switch between jobs of the same type (from battle to battle, or gatherer to gatherer) without losing levels provided that your character meets the level requirement of the target job.

The gatherer to gatherer restriction does make sense though, considering the list of what they can bring back completely changes. But it makes zero sense to restrict combat classes in this way as is, because their loot list doesn't change.

For example, I made my combat retainer a White Mage because I thought I'd end up maining the class the whole time I played FFXIV. But I ended up switching to Bard a year ago, and have zero plans to switch back. During the first week of Stormblood, my White Mage retainer was stuck at Lv. 60 because I went and leveled Bard first, and I was basically forced to level White Mage second in order to get level 61-70 combat crafting mats (especially for the awful Dawn Serge). It'd be nice to swap my retainer to a Bard without having to start all over.
