So... can you elaborate about this? How do you do your opener?

Kasha combo, Haga, Gekko combo, Kaiten+Banana, Meikyo+Yuki, Guren+Kasha, Gekko, Kaiten+Midare. The oGCD's precede the GCD's in that, but the idea is to get Higanbana up ASAP with the Jinpu buff, something you'd have to delay if you go yuki first because Yuki has no effect on Banana's DoT, while Jinpu does.

Do you happen to have your dps number? I am rather puzzle every time I tried to Hagakure 3 sen my dps dropped are you hitting 4.6k?

I have no conclusive proof yet, since I'm only a new level 70 SAM myself. If your rotation has been working well, don't take my suggestion to heart and stick with your preferred method.

Basically, Yuki only buffs the initial hit on Banana and has no effect on the DoT, because DoTs are never affected by resistance down debuffs, only stuff like TA and anything that boosts overall damage like Balance, due to snapshotting on application. Of course, it's not the only opener you can use, but it's my preferred one for most content. Also, I hate auto correct...

It does... only the initial damage is increased. This is why Higanbana was so misleading. A myth busted! ^^
